If you wish to purchase any of the items for sale on this web site, you must submit a completed order form. Your order will not be accepted unless you place us in a position of being able to receive full payment for your order at the time we accept it. If we agree to accept your order, we will confirm by email (the "Confirmation") and will supply the items you have ordered (the "Product) to you in accordance with the Confirmation and with these terms.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and Zyntara Publications for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Zyntara Publications accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Zyntara Publications sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in England. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Zyntara Publications irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- Our inability to obtain confirmation of your eligibility for a price discount when requested.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the these Terms and Conditions.

This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please Email us at email@example.com stating your Name, Address and product purchased, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is: Zyntara Publications, PO 168, Fishponds Bristol, BS16 5ZX, United Kingdom
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
